Refund Policy

Nino925 has a Money-Back Guarantee pledge because we're confident in our products and want to earn your confidence in us. That's why we established the Nino925 Money-Back Guarantee. The guarantee gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (minus shipping). It's that simple. Items that have been worn or scratched will not be accepted.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. A return authorization number (RA#) must first be obtained by calling 877 Nino925 or e-mail at returns@nino925.com. Each returned package must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label or package. Nino925 is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.

Once we receive the returned item and it is accepted, your exchange, credit or refund will be processed. Please be sure to request signature for the returned item to guarantee receipt by Nino925. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted. Returns with no RA# or those that do not require signature cannot be guaranteed.

How to Prepare a Return

To return an item to Nino925, follow our simple three-step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Number. Call 877 Nino925 or e-mail us at info@nino925.com, and you will be given a unique Return Authorization Number. Write this code on the shipping label or package you are returning.
2. Package Your Return. Please include all original packaging. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry," or like descriptions, on the outside of the box.
3. Require Signature. To guarantee receipt, require signature via the carrier of your choice in returning product to Nino925. Use the following shipping address for all returns:
